Our Pendants come with a Display Chain only, unless otherwise specified. If you require a Sterling Silver or 9ct gold chain, please order this separately.If an item is listed as a Necklace, Necklet or has the chain attached in the photo (not just threaded through the bail), then the chain is generally the same material as the pendant, ie. 9ct gold pendant will be attached to a 9ct gold chain. 

Some rings can be resized depending on the style and setting of the stones. In general, ladies’ rings are a size N and men’s rings are a size R. If a ring needs to be resized, please visit us instore or call us for a quote.

Carat is the unit of weight or size for a diamond. Diamonds can range in size from a fraction of a carat to several carats. When considering diamonds of equal quality, the larger stone will have more value.

Cultured freshwater pearls are farmed pearls that duplicate the natural formation process. A ‘seed’ (typically a round bead made of mother of pearl) is inserted into the freshwater mollusc and left to grow for three years, when the pearl is then harvested.

Created gemstones are grown in strictly controlled laboratory conditions to recreate the brilliance of rare natural gemstones.

Yes, we do offer a layby payment plan instore. Our normal terms require a 25% initial deposit, and payment of the balance within 3 months of the original transaction date. We also offer other finance options.

Yes, we offer repairs on jewellery and watches. Please bring your item/s into our store and we will be able to provide you with an estimate for the repair.
